Cecil Drinkward: Engineering Hall of Fame - 1998

CCEA graduate of Caltech, Cecil Drinkward joined Hoffman Construction Company in 1967, later serving as president, and now serving as president of the Hoffman Corporation. Hoffman Construction built many major structures in downtown Portland, including the Convention Center and Georgia Pacific Building. They are currently completing the Valley Library expansion.

Mr. Drinkward is currently president of the OSU Foundation Board of Trustees, and is a member of the OSU Council of Regents. He and the Hoffman Corporation have generously supported OSU's Construction Education Foundation and our programs in Construction Engineering Management and Civil Engineering.
